Every business has a story
Like us, local businesses play a critical role in the local community and their support helps us to provide vital services. We aim to work with as many local businesses as possible, of all shapes and sizes across a wide range of industries.
Some of our Business Buddies starter their partnership with Springhill after losing a loved one who received care at the Hospice. Others simply believe that exceptional end of life care should be available to everyone in Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale. Our Business Buddies are passionate about providing specialist palliative care for the most vulnerable people in our local community.
Making Springhill their business
Corporate partnerships with Springhill isnāt your typical charity relationship. Itās about finding genuine ways to connect support for Hospice care into business goals. Some of our Business Buddies support through regular giving, others offer their services free of charge, some sponsor events and some undertake fundraising challenges.
What do our Business Buddies have to say?
H Bells and Sons have been a Business Buddy since 2016, during this time they have raised over £25,000 for Springhill Hospice.
“When I first went along to a business buddy meeting, I realised straightaway this wasnāt just another networking group. It felt different. Ā
It was a space where local businesses came together, sharing our time, our skills and our energy for one shared goal ā supporting Springhill Hospice.”
Louise Scott, Financial Director at H Bell and Sons
