Action Together Funds Springhill Volunteer Celebration Event

Springhill Hospice are delighted to announce that our Volunteer Celebration Event on Friday 6th June, has been funded by Action Together’s Rochdale Volunteer Celebration Fund.

Action Together invited local VCFSE groups across Oldham, Rochdale and Tameside to apply for one of their Volunteer Celebration Fund grants to support an activity during 2025.

Springhill Hospice was lucky to receive one of these grants.

Volunteers’ Week 2-8 June is a time to say thank you to our fantastic contribution volunteers make. 

During another difficult year, people from all walks of life have taken the time to volunteer and made a huge difference to people and their communities.

Through the Volunteer Celebration Fund, we can say thank you to our volunteers and recognise the importance of their contribution and commitment. 

The fund is also an opportunity for us to focus on recruitment of new volunteers. 

We are so thankful to all of our amazing volunteers and hope they enjoy their celebration event.
