Light up a Life provides a chance for you to remember and celebrate the lives of your loved ones, by dedicating a light on our beautiful Hospice tree. Hundreds of lights will shine brightly, each in memory of those you love, turning our garden into a haven of light and hope.
You can make a donation of your choice to dedicate your light in memory of your loved one. Each dedication will mean our patients and their loved ones will receive the care they need to make every moment count. You will receive a personalised card, displaying your loved one’s name, and a Light up a Life home pack including a dedication star which you can personalise with your own special memory.
You may even submit a photograph of your loved one to be shown in our Virtual Book of Lights video.
This will be shown at the celebrations and will be available to view online.

We will have 2 celebrations this year:
Thursday 4th December - St Chad's Church - 7pm
Saturday 6th December - Hospice Celebration - 4pm (non-denominational)
Tickets are free and will be available from October. The Virtual Light up a Life Service will be available to watch online from Saturday 6th December.
We will also be offering a Light up a Life drop-in day on Monday, 8th December at the Hospice. details TBC
