Light up a Life provides a chance for you to remember and celebrate the lives of your loved ones, by dedicating a light on our beautiful Hospice tree. Hundreds of lights will shine brightly, each in memory of those you love, turning our garden into a haven of light and hope.
You can make a donation of your choice to dedicate your light in memory of your loved one. Each dedication will mean our patients and their loved ones will receive the care they need to make every moment count. You will receive a personalised card, displaying your loved one’s name, and a Light up a Life home pack including a dedication star which you can personalise with your own special memory.
All dedications will appear in our Book of Lights which will be displayed virtually on our website. You can even send a photograph of your loved one to feature in our Celebration Video (you can do this at checkout - please note, cut off date to submit photos is Midnight 20th November 2024)
St Chads Church Service: Thursday 5th December - 7pm
Springhill Hospice Celebration: Saturday 7th December - 4pm
These events will include music, carols, readings and poems for you to reflect, remember and celebrate the memories of your loved ones.
PLEASE NOTE, PHYSICAL TICKETS WILL NOT BE SENT OUT.
We will also have a very special Celebration Video available on our website from Thursday 5th December which will remain available throughout December for you to watch at a time that is meaningful to you.
We also have products available for you to buy to enjoy at home to keep that light shining throughout the season.
