Community Sessions

Our services are available in your community, enabling even more people to access the help they need.

Springhill Hospice is now delivering sessions across the Borough meaning it’s easier than ever to access our services.

Whether you or someone you love has been diagnosed and you’re looking for advice about what the future might hold, need help to manage your condition or simply want to meet new people and get involved in an activity designed to raise your spirits – we can help.

We welcome people living anywhere in Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale who are affected by any life-limiting illness, for example cancer, heart failure, COPD and Motor Neurone Disease.

You’ll discover ways to cope with an illness, meet new people and learn strategies to help manage your symptoms so you can improve your quality of life.

To discover what sessions are available, please take a look at our Community Sessions Timetable below.
