Please remember to let us know if your tax status, name or address change or if you wish to cancel your Gift Aid declaration.

Springhill Hospice will reclaim 25p on every pound you donated. If you pay income tax at the higher rate, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self Assessment tax return if you want to receive an additional tax relief.
