Springhill: Award winners

The award came from Dr Adele Nightingale (Principal Educator) and Carol Wilson (PEF Lead) from the Northern Care alliance practice Education Facilitator Team.

We were awarded the warmest welcome to learners in their placement area, which was identified through the evaluation sheets the learners complete at the end of their placement with us.

This was in relation to synergy learning which is a new initiative for more experienced learners to support newer learners.

We were thrilled to have received the praise and thank our team for deserving it.
